Olivia Hanson’s verse is Exodus 14:14 "The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.”
Faith Statement: The reason I picked Exodus 14:14 is because for a while I felt like He gave up on me. Now I have learned He was teaching me but also helping me get happier and in a better place. Faith to me isn't just about saying God is real and created earth. He is what makes everything happen and what happens for a reason. Why I am the way I am is because of how He helped me overcome my greater enemies. Faith gives you a reason to want to do things in this world.
Faith Project: Olivia created this beautiful photo collage. When she looks at it she can remember her faith journey up to this point with her baptism, First Communion, and the great love of her family surrounding her. Congratulations on your confirmation Olivia, we are so proud of you!

Lily Opgrand’s verse is Roman’s 8:31

Tannon Johnson’s verse is Ephesians 4:32

Hayden Wieser’s verse is Mark 10:27
“Jesus looked at them and said, with man it is impossible, but not with God. For all things are possible with God. Because anything is possible.”
Faith Statement: When I was 13 my friend Coy passed away. Ever since then I have seen God winks. If you don't know, what God winks are they are someone in heaven speaking to you or telling you that you are OK. I have had some really good experiences with God winks. About a month after my friend passed away there was a little yellow bird at my window pecking. Coy's favorite colors were purple and yellow. So, I go to look at this bird and I walk outside, and I can touch it and it doesn't move and then I stop and it flies away. Then I go down to my room and it starts to peck again same bird and then I remember Coy. I also ride bucking horses and ever since he passed away, I have always had a hawk fly over me before I ride. I also had a cousin named DJ he also came back as a hawk one day I had a hawk fly over the arena where my cousin loved to rope and then it came close to me and kinda swooped at me but didn't want to harm. Me and my mom were also riding up the road 1 day and there were hawks screeching at me, my mom can also talk to animals, so she asks them what's up why are you screeching they immediately said turn around danger. So, we turned around and they stopped. Where I see God is in animals the most and I know he is always there to help.
Faith Project: Hayden created a rustic wooden cross for his project. He was able to work on this cross with his grandparents that live out west which made it extra special. Congratulations on your confirmation Hayden, we are so proud of you!

Reed Johnson’s verse is Philippians 4:13
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
Faith Statement: I believe that God and Jesus Christ are there to help guide me into the right path of life. I believe that my family, friends, and pets are also there for me for all of my highs and lows throughout those days. I am always thankful for my church family and the shelter, kindness, education, support, and the amazing food they give me, (especially Renee’s pumpkin muffins). I am happy that Jesus sacrificed his life for us so long ago so we can receive forgiveness.
Faith Project: Reed made this wooden cross to remind him of his confirmation day. Congratulations on your confirmation Reed, we are so proud of you!
